Don't worry about the potholes - there are a few but you would hardly notice them
First time at a CMC site and after reading reviews we were a little apprehensive about pot holes and old toilets. Turned out to be completely unnecessary . Access is fine and couldn't complain about the toilets either. We had a very pleasant four day stay - walked in to Ayr in 15 mins and over the weekend we walked the Ayrshire Coastal Path both North and South. Thoroughly enjoyed ourselves and would recommend the site which we found to be clean , easy to access and private
