I found Wardens very nice & friendly. The exits road at our pitch was very tight & noticed Site users frequently knocked out pillar due to tightness of exit - road angle just needed to be altered slightly to avoid this. Biggest problem was dog owners did not take their dogs off site to do their business even through asked to by Warden. The dog owners ignored site rules. Have dog free sites or at a minimum keep all dog owners in one area. Nothing worse than getting frightened by a dog suddenly barking, or growling, at you when out for a walk or even when you are on your own pitch. They start barking early. Site users have times to be quiet - why not dogs? At least if in one area, furthest away, keeps noise in that area. Saw owners letting the dogs foul just outside their van door - no consideration for next users who might have kids! Owners were letting the dogs do their business wherever they wanted. Not dogs fault though, it's the Owners! Disappointed with toilet conditions. Wardens did well considering. I believe the Club are in talks with University about renewing site lease, so that explains lack of money being spent on site. Even do minimum to site & people may return (not me though for reasons given) to justify spend & extending lease. Overall, site nice. Wardens nice. Dogs a pest. Stay at another nearby site if you don't like dogs.
