Great 4 days at site. Peace and quiet and lovely views. Numerous sightings of red deer close to sight and lovely walk right from the door if you have dogs. The only downside was a misunderstanding of the fishing rules. Perhaps the wording in the info on the internet should be changed to FLY FISHING ONLY as my husband was approached by a very upset warden when fishing with rod and line. Also info in guide states late night arrival area which there is not. Warden was very accommodating and allowed us onto site when we arrived later than planned. Beautiful site, very clean, a credit to the wardens. Will definitely be back. By the way, hardly any midges, no more than anywhere else we have been at this time of year. Definitely recommend if you like walking and wildlife.
