Great location but not for old dogs
The location and isolation of the site makes its a fantastic get away. Walking and cycling routes are great. We visited with our 15 year old dog and she loved it however been warned the wardens are not dog lovers. You cannot walk along the loch side on the site with you dog you MUST leave the site to walk your dog.
This took the shine off our visit and won't be returning because of this. I think if you like fishing then they are much more welcoming.
Such a shame.
