Hi, just picking up on the key door pad number point.  Is this on the toilet block?  We haven't been back to the site since Sept 2022 and there doors had no key pads then. We usually visit the site at least 2-3 weekends a year for mini breaks as we live near Crawley but not this year mainly due to price and also our last visit was not as enjoyable.

We are considering a visit in Sept 2023 but not sure if we will try and get into a local CL instead.  

Finally. we always liked the setting at Alderstead Heath as it is such a spacious site with lots of areas for pitching, so really hope the staffing issues get sorted.
