The assistant wardens that greeted us were very welcoming and friendly. Large site. Bizarre elongated one way system. Disjointed site with many base pitches which means caravans are there permanently but unoccupied. It also seemed that numerous caravans were occupied by workman. The facilities were very clean but the club are at fault for not renewing them a long time ago. From 11pm to 7am you cannot enter or leave the site in a vehicle. Ridiculous policy and does nothing for service or repeat business. We wanted to leave at 5am but we're forced to leave at 9pm the previous evening!
