Located close to the motorway network and other busy A roads it was a lovely surprise to discover how peaceful and pleasant this site is. The site is spacious and well laid out. The facilities are excellent. Site security is impressive. The site is convenient for a good many National Trust properties as well as other attractions. The access from the M25 is a bit of a pain as you have to travel a couple of miles up the A23 and then re-trace your route to gain access from the A23 south bound. Full details are given in the site information in the sites handbook. The process has to be repeated on departure in order to gain access to the M25. Nothing the club can do about that! All in all however a most enjoyable stay and the site is a real credit to the wardens.
