On arrival nice site with lots of trees with good size pitches. Wardens friendly and allowed us to choose our pitch, which is always good. We chose a nice pitch in a quiet area with nice view. Then we had to use the top shower block. This is going to be renovated in November. Shower area so small no room to move and get dry comfortably. Mens toilets were disgustingly filthy from people not cleaning up after usage. I know that's not the wardens fault how dirty people can be, but they should be regularly checking cleaninesss and put up notices reminding people to clean up after usage of toilet. Sadly they had another toilet block that looked new but it was locked and could only be used for waste and laundry. Surely if you want people to come back you would show off a better shower block? Speaking with others on the site they felt the same. One visitor I spoke with was going to call head office on Monday to complain, so may be on the day we had to leave things improved? Not sure if we would re visit...
