Peace and space
The site was easy to find and good width access roads but please follow the directions given and make the effort to go to the roundabout and back as any chance of a U-turn is a very dangerous option.
Once on site you will be met with a very spacious park with large and level varied pitches with lots of mature trees and bushes in a woodland layout.
Toilet facilities were usual club design with the only downside being perhaps the need for some new silicon around the edges and a fresh coat of paint.
Evening and night time was very peaceful with no traffic noise and just the hoot of the local owl.
There is a small playground for kids but with loads to do in the area they probably wont spend too long on site.
The hustle and bustle of town is a few minutes away in any direction and one place not to miss was the Beaver water world at Tatsfield around a half hour drive. On arrival you may think you are onto a loser but once inside (£5 adult) you will be very impressed with the amount of animals and reptiles they house and the quality of the enclosures. The Beavers are incredible and really hold your attention.
All in all a very nice, easy access site which will probably be even better in the spring and summer (we went in January).
