The site is well located with extensive green spaces.  The site is run for the benefit of its wardens as opposed to its members.  Despite having 6 wardens the office closes far too early as it makes no allowances for the inevitable holdups on both the M23 and M25.  The wardens strictly enforce every rule in the book there is no flexibility and often their decisions defy common sense and safety. This is a large site with far too many caravans unoccupied so that is often difficult to make a booking.  There are also too many pitches allocated to workers with vans.
