The location of this site is perfect for access to London and Kent, Surrey and Sussex Country side, also idea as stop over point for Ferries. Security access to site is excellent, however do not try and approach from end of M23 onto Dean Lane , follow Club directions. The amenities are good and kept in good clean condition however one block is looking a bit tired , but understand it is due to be updated very soon. If you are looking for peace and quiet site , this is not the place for you. It is used by a great number of working people who use it as a base leaving the minute the site security is unlocked at 7am , also there is a Clay pigeon shooting range close by , shotguns going off all times of day, also on flight path for Gatwick Airport.
