We live in the countryside and the thought of being so close to the M25 was not attractive, but we did want to visit some of many of the wonderful places in the area. What a surprise to find such an oasis just off the beaten track. The site is big and in the lower area the pitches are well spaced with a woodland outlook. The woods are great for dog-walkers, which makes it a mystery why some people walk their dogs around the site, even if they do pick 'it' up. We only had a short stay (fully serviced pitch, bliss) and got to see the Down House, Polesden Lacey and RHS Wisley. Didn't get to walk the North Downs Way or Box Hill, so will have to go back. Great site, great staff, great pizzas on Friday evenings, and will have great facilities once the builders have finished.
