This was our third visit to Alderstead Heath, we find it a brilliant location for heading into London as Merstham station is a five minute drive from the site, its then a 20 minute train journey into either Victoria or London bridge station, our day ticket for a family of 5 with our family and friends card was £25 and that included the use of the underground and the buses. the facilities were again spotless, and this time I had to use the disabled room which was very well geared up for anyone with mobility problems. I think the only draw backs to this site are the pot holes on the road to the entrance and the actual road system to get to the site, do not follow sat nav directions read the directions in the site guide, you end up travelling a couple of miles in the wrong direction to then go around a roundabout to get you on the right road, this is obviously not anything to do with the CC its the road layout.  On the morning we were leaving we had a flat tyre on the car, the reception staff were very helpful giving us the phone numbers for the nearest kwik fit. I am sure we will return again in the next few years its a really lovely site!
