Remember, this is a site in a densely populated zone, there is noise, there is tranquility, there is much wildlife, there is an abundance of choice of bus route, there are regular trains and there are many people of different cultures. We love it. Last time we visited there was an unpleasant atmosphere which the wardens at the time explained was being dealt with. Well, it has been. The wardens are now very different, the site is very different, it is tidy, well pruned, no longer unkempt and the old vehicles and white work vans parked on pitches have gone. There is a more open feeling to the whole site and visibility all round is good. The facilities have been deep cleaned and there is a good feel about the area. We spent Sunday to Sunday here on one pitch. Weenjoyed all the usual trips into the city via train. As usual no issues. We enjoyed a show, Aladdin, in London and did not feel any unease returning at midnight. We are pleased this site has been turned around for the better ioho. Hopefully it won’t take another year for us to return.
