This is probably the best site we have ever stayed on. We went for a long weekend and used the late arrival area with a hook-up as arranged. This was fine although it is outside the security of the site. In the morning we were greeted by helpful polite staff and took our plaace on the site. The site is a leafy haven in the suburbs surrounding it. It is spacious and the plots are flat despite the general slope of the site. The toilet blocks are immaculately kept. The location of the site is a few minutes walk from a 180 bus stop to Greenwich and a few minutes more to Abbey Wood station for a short hop into Greenwich. We left very early one morning to get to Billingsgate and a local mini-cab met us at the gate and took us to the DLR station at Woolwich for £7. We will definitely use the site again for weekends in London.
