We both LOVE this site. It's very easy to reach from the M25, either by going up the A2 or, if there's a backlog of traffic for the Dartford Crossing (approaching from the south), the M20. The staff are always friendly and welcoming, and the facilities are very clean and well laid out. There are two motor home service points and numerous other service points around the site. The hard-standing pitches are spacious and level. We always see squirrels and fox families, as well as the flocks of wild green parakeets which add an exotic touch! The site is only a 10 minute walk to the newly refurbished Abbey Wood station, with very regular trains into central London. As Charlton fans, it's only a 12 minute train journey to the ground, and, for a day out in Greenwich, it's just 15 minutes away. There is a big Sainsburys just behind the station and numerous takeaways nearby. We have already booked for a couple of stays next year.
