Agree with other reviewers. A great little site let down by very poor signage and long grass. You enter the estate and after the initial sign at the gate there is no indication where to go. The shower block isn't signposted at all and I only came upon it by chance as it's in the derelict stable block area. Our neighbours didn't find it at all after wandering all over the area. However, once found the facilities are good and very modern, although the water was extremely slow at draining away in the shower leading to a lot of paddling. The hall itself is very faded grandeur in need of a lot of tlc and we enjoyed a very good cream tea on the terrace overlooking the garden. All in all a very pleasant stay as the sun was shining so the long grass was less of a problem.
