Peace and quiet but pleanty to see and do
A lovely site with friendly owners. The only downside is the access which is through very narrow lanes. Although longer we found the route from Longville slightly better rather than that from Leebotwood on the A49.
Once there it is ideal for those wanting a quiet stay but it is also near to Church Stretton, Much Wenlock, Shrewsbury, Attingham (National Trust) and Carding Mill Valley and the Long Mynd (National Trust) - there is no shortage of things to do for a short break.
Blocks required but ground reasonably firm, access to the field can be from the driveway restricting the amount of time on grass.
No doubt we will return.
