It was fantastic to see the veiws from the top of the hill x a childhood dream come true to sit at the top with a g&t as ayoung adult used to drive by this daily and think I wish I could just sit there ... thanks to Heather opening this a a .ca siteone off the bucket list lol x
excellent site
Just returned from our 2 week stay and once again found it to be a very enjoyable stay. Having stayed here 2 years ago had no hesitation in booking again. The pitches are all hard standing with your own tap with the views really nice. The toilet and shower are located in summer house type building with lots of room and were always clean. There is an asda and morrisons a short drive away and not far away is trago mills a large shopping outlet which sells just about everything including the kitchen sink. We will be returning again. Good set up
The site is pleasant. Good hard standings and a nice little toilet and shower in a wooden shed. It is all well kept and clean. The view across fields is nice too. We would stay again.
Great Location, excellent
As a newcomer to caravaning this site was great, very easy access, level pitch, hardstanding everything I desired superb views. Some motorway "hum" but not at all worrysome. want to go back "now"
Thanks for a super site and very convenient location
A really great CL
A really great site with lovely open views. This is one of the better CL we have been on. It is very quiet and peaceful with good facilities. Plenty of places to visit nearby. Open all year round. Heather was very helpful and comes to check you are ok most days if she is down on site. Would definitely stay here again. Hope to stay longer next time.
Lovely CL Site
This is a lovely site. Nice views, very nice wardens. Excellent dog walks around the site. There is easy road access to Teignmouth, Newton Abbot, Exeter and the surrounding areas. Will definitely use again. Brilliant Site.
Devon Handy
Good open aspect with views over the Teign valley.
The other side of the main A380 from Newton Abbot and its environs.
Not sure why it has the title of Caravan Park as it is a CL with one shower room/wc and information cabin combination.
However, very clean and tidy with reasonably easy access. You probably need a vehicle to get supplies or an evening pint. £15 night for a CL? This is a popular site. Pay your money and take your chance.

Great Holiday
We had two of the best weeks holiday we have had for years, on this family run site (Wife is the boss but supported by husband who grass cuts/supports and is very friendly) Site is far enough from main roads for noise but you can be on main roads within minutes to travel to ALL local attractions.
Site facilities are the best I have ever come across, shower, WC (heated and spot on clean) in a timber miniature Swiss Cabin.
We came away feeling as we were family.
Dogs have loads of walks available.
The family dogs who call to visit with Heather, are so friendly my dog is now 'facebooking' his pal at the site.
Had I not lived in the North East of England we would be there every weekend, like quite a few of the very nice campers we met.
Heather goes out of her way to be a good hostess, nothing is to much trouble and she is a hive of information on local good eating venues and places to visit.

Will return
My first visit to this cl but would definitely return. As other reviewers have said the facilities are spotless and housed in a large pine building. Water and electric to each pitch and the grey water disposal point is the best I have used, no lifting just role over a channel set into the concrete and tip.
Owners are very helpful and friendly and plenty of places to visit a short drive away. A dog friendly site with lanes and fields on the doorstep.
