Ideal for stopover

This is a perfect site for an overnight stopover but I wouldn't want to stay longer because of the noise of the M6. The bathrooms were fine but could do with a bit of tlc and a deep clean. Lack of ventilation was a shame. We had originally booked for two nights but changed it to one. Be aware price goes up to £20 if you're only staying one night. The local pub has closed but The Sun Inn in Catterlen village was fantastic. It was friendly, lovely inside and the food was gorgeous and all homemade. The chef came out for a chat and was passionate about his work.

Read the other reviews and the toilets/ showers are very good.

I have stopped here several times and it is the best CL site I have 

stopped on.

To say..TLC and deep clean is false and for other members to read

this gives wrong information unless they read the other reviews.

This needs to be removed.

The CL site owners have put a lot of hard work,effort,investment 

and time into the site. False remarks do not help plus lower star rating.

The club should encourage such site owners and remove false reviews.

We have been to this site several times and lots of other sites only once. Says it all really. The toilet and shower block are better than any we have encountered on all the sites we have visited. Indeed on our first review I likened them to a boutique hotel. Read all the reviews and form your own opinion!
