Lovely peaceful stay in a convenient spot

We had a lovely overnight stay, and we will be back. We were met by Martin at the gate. The site was easy to find and was surprisingly rural and quiet considering it is in such a busy part of south-east England. It is easy to access various places such as Hampton Court and Wisley Gardens, and close to the M25 and A3. A great place.

Lovely Friendly Site

Just come home from a 4 night stay at this lovely CL. We were met by Martin who showed us the pitches and where the facilities all were. He also explained a little background of the area and where the local shops etc where. He also asked if we needed milk or any other provisions as he was just going to the shops. The pitches overlook large open fields within which is the beautiful large Willow Tree that I imagine the farm was named after. The fields lead right down to the river. Its a lovely walk around the fields where you could take your chairs or picnic blankets. The photos of the site really don't do it justice. It's positioned ideally to visit Wisley Gardens which I'd recommend and Hampton Court, amongst other lovely places of interest. Martin and his family are very helpful and kind and we enjoyed two bags of plums from their trees as well as a cucumber. Very nice site and owners, we would definitely recommend.

Lovely site and hospitality!

For a site so close to London this site is a hidden gem easily accessible from major routes. Quiet, clean and tidy with plenty of space for both vans and for dog walking. Electric hook up easily accessible on every pitch with usual water and waste disposal also on hand. Very secure courtesy of the fob operated electric gates which were easy to operate. The possible addition of a toilet and shower would top this site off for those of us who are less well equipped and who enjoy cycling, rowing etc. but this is only a suggestion and doesn’t detract from this lovely CL. Martin and Jenny couldn’t have been more hospitable, offering to help get set up and offering delicious plums a plenty during our stay! We’ll be back.

A Little Gem!

A lovely CL, quiet, clean and tidy. We liked the fact that there are automatic security gates. Martin, the owner, couldn't have been more helpful when booking and on arrival, he's lovely. We stayed for 4 nights while visiting family and will definitely be back! Shops, cafe's pubs all nearby but you wouldn't know it as the site is so quiet. Ideal location for visiting London and Surrey. J & D 12th July 2023

Great welcome

Owners extremely friendly and helpful. Good flat grass pitches with EHU. Handy for many attractive locations if you have transport. Hersham station is about 35 min walk, £8 Uber. Good rail service to London July 2023 horrible traffic queues due to road works at M25/A3 junction - beware!

First CL Site and restored my faith in humanity

So this was our first stay at a CL following an issue with a different club. The CL owners are lovely, we phoned the day before and booked explaining we may be slightly late as I was concerned with traffic, they accommodated our needs and he met us at the gate when we arrived showed us to where we could pitch. We were the only people on site initially, the site owner was happy for the kids to play ball games etc. The next day we even had cup cakes brought out to us. After talking to the owner, this site has been a camp site along time until covid hit them and you can still see some of the infrastructure in place. This is a lovely site with amazing potential, I like there are no facilities in place and it’s so quiet. On the far field there is a river running through. Overall it’s a Beautiful location and really friendly owners, felt a real privilege for them to share their site with us. I would highly recommend this site for anyone visiting the area and for chessington world of adventures only being 20 minutes away
