Ease of arrival/welcome

Good base with friendly pigs!

We stayed here for 5 nights and had a good time although there were more than 5 vans on site - but there was plenty of room.  Mr Foord was very helpful upon arrival and had plenty of levelling blocks which were required into field number 2, which also had stunning sunsets!  It's a working farm and you can go and feed and pet the lovely pigs and his new Hugh male that likes nothing better than a good scratch behind the ears!  The chicken and ducks roam free and you can buy fresh eggs, sausages, burgers from the farm.  You do 'go up and down dale' to get there and a couple of the roads are narrow but it is worth it.  The local village pub and shop are worth a visit too.
