It's a field that's it, and it's perfect. Not sure what it is about this site but it's so peaceful. In these days when you need time away from everything this is a perfect site. The owners are wonderful also.
Post-Lockdown Tranquillity
A little spot of headspace, much-needed peace, and escape from the covid-19 madness. 3 nights not enough. Wish we could have stayed longer. We love coming here, although the timing wasn't right this time for the luscious blackberries!
Been to this site at least 5 times, can't wait to come back again asap.
Our little Ford Transit campervan is perfectly suited for a simple, comfortable and beautiful respite. See you soon.

Well worth a vist.
If you are looking for a quiet place to stay and don't need hook-up this is perfect. You need to have a means of transport to get to Brean or Burnham on Sea. We used bikes and although due to the fantastic weather the roads were busy it was not a problem and a gentle bike ride. There are lots of places nearer the beach but only go there if you like be packed in like sardines and need the facilities. Mrs Baker is very friendly, leaves you alone and is happy when you wander up and pay her when ready, just follow the path along the hedge that runs along the field. It is a large field plenty of space, a tap to fill up and a waste disposal point. There is a railway track nearby but no reason not to visit. Depending on the tide times once the sea leaves the sandy beach it is too far and muddy to get to the water. You can park on the beach at Brean for £3 but if you drive past or cycle to the end of that road there is an area where cars can't go, not sure what the NT parking charges were though.
very nice
