Very good site. Good size, grass short. Good views. About 30 mins straight forward access from the M6. No difficulty entering the site. Sloping but wooden planks provided so easy to get level. Owner not present on arrival, but did not matter. Very convenient for walking the Hadrian's Wall trail - short drive to plenty of road side parking at Greenhead, then AD122 bus (free for OAPs) for stops all along the Wall. Could walk to Greenhead from site if did not want to use car. Good beer at Greenhead pub. Also spent a day in Newcastle - car to Haltwhistle, plenty of free parking at station, then train to Newcastle. Sainsbury's at Haltwhistle.
