Our first outing of the season and we were faced with a non operating water pump. On telling Richard that we may have to return home he would have none of it, details of a repair man was provided, their home phone was made available for phone calls, use of their own shower and wash facilities were offered. In the end we bought and fitted a new pump and all was well but they could not have done more to try to assist us. Lovely views from the site, very quiet, free use of maps and brochures, very good facilities including wifi, all hard standings. Our neighbours said they kept tripping the electrics but we had no such problems and we had the electric space heater, water heater, kettle, tv etc all on together. Highly recommended and we will be back. My only comments to Richard and Janet are that I am surprised that the new hard standings were not made quite level which surely was possible and the stones on the surface are large which can be uncomfortable to walk on and cut into the awning flooring. Apart from that I really cannot fault it.
