Having phoned to see if the site had a pitch, after arriving at another very waterlogged site,(not a caravan and motorhome site!!), we arrived to a very warm welcome from Jackie and John. We liked the fact that all pitches had both electric and water hook-ups. The site was lovley and peacefull and we were kept amused by the solitary little lamb annoying it's mum in the next field. The eggs and sausages (home made) for sale at Jackie and Johns road side shop were beautiful and they could not have been more helpfull, even towing us of the site when I got stuck in the soft ground when leaving.
