A lovelly peaceful site with great vlews.

Just spent three nights at this great site. Entry to the site was very easy. A very flat site with fantastic views over surrounding counties. Its great to find a site that when it says "Walks from the site" they really mean it.On the Sunday we walked a mile down to Winwick Hall and had a lovely tea and cake.(only open on Sunday). Then on the Monday we drove out to Pitsford Water, which is a lovely resevoir about 7 miles round but very level walk. With a cafe half way round. On the Tuesday we walked from the site to Honey Hill. The highest point of Northamptonshire. This was 7 1/2 miles but well worth it for the views. Honey, fresh eggs and ice cream sold at the farm and also a table tennis table in a chalet. Spent the evenings with a G&T watching the sunset. Some lovely pubs in the area serving very good food. Will definately return as it is only 4 miles off the A14 so a very easy journey.
