We had this problem with the male warden. We were 15 minutes early and he came to the Motorhome very nasty shouting and told us we were early and we had to turn round and go back. Then he had a go at my wife shouting at her, made her cry for walking the dog, as she had been in the motorhome for four hours travelling. So we did turn round and went back home another four hours because of a very rude warden. We did report it to the Caravan Club as we saw more similar reviews about the same warden. We will never go to that site again and it was our favourite site. We went about three times a year . All the other awards were lovely, especially Sean and Billy who treated us lovely.
