Very much the same as other reviews. Lots of space, facilities fine. Inquisitive peacocks came to have a wander near the van! Very friendly and responsive owner. We'd initially planned to park up off site the night prior to heading to the Scilly Islands, but ended up needing a site. Rang the owner during the afternoon, he got back to us within a quarter of an hour to confirm he had vacancy. We'd already booked for 4 nights on return from the Scillies, so looking forward to returning. As others have said, the track's a bit bumpy, but no worse than many farm / country sites we've visited, and thanks for the advice from another review re turning in the yard, makes life a lot easier!
