We stayed in Aug 14 for 10 days. Arrived to a well manicured lawn. The view facing forward is smashing, enticing you to walk the hill. Access to the canal is a small walk down the hill. The services and I am critical are fine with the service point  having ongoing work to immprove it further.  It is a covered area split to accomodate loo emptying one end with tap and hose and grey emptying the other, with a sink in the process of being installed. The access road to the farm is no problem unless you expect to be isolated, with only odd vehichles at reasonable speed, accessing the farm. For a leave your car and walk cl it is great, walk to pub on public footpath, various walks and Avon ans Kennet canal. Just to sit and enjoy the view it is great.  Owners very helpfull and accommodating, it will become one of our regulars.
