We arrived on Monday afternoon, whilst we were pitching Caroline stopped by and welcomed us. We were here for the walking and she shared the local walks and even offered to run us to the top of the local beauty spot. The site is clean with 3 drinking water stations, a clean waste/recycling point and proper chemical disposal facility. There are plenty of electric hook ups so vans can spread out across the site. The pitches are level or gently sloping alongside the farm drive. Which has the occasional car, tractor or horse pass through. There are local information folders for each pitch with some very helpful walks, maps etc for the area. The local area is beautiful with some really good walks which we, and our 2 dogs, throughly enjoyed We had a lovely stay and would certainly return.
