Nice level site with plenty of room to rotate pitches.
Very helpful owner, Sarah, who provides info on local area if you are a first time or infrequent visitor.
Good access direct from B Road, but make sure you select the correct tuning, marked by a Three Acre sign
Wonderful Five Nights
We stayed at three acres for 5 nights during an extended tour of the UK. Sarah Met us on arrival, made us feel welcome and gave us a leaflet regarding the site and the area, which was helpful. She recommended local facilities including several pubs and restaurants. The site was clean and well managed .The evening before our departure Sarah wished us a safe journey, we left feeling that we had made a new friend. A few days later although still on our journey we were informed by our daughter -in-law that Sarah had written to us thanking us for choosing her site. 10 out of 10 for customer service.
A lovely CL
We have just returned home after a lovely 4 night stay at Three Acres. Sarah was away when we arrived but we were met by a lovely man and soon felt at home. The site is well placed for visiting much of North West Norfolk. Walking, visiting houses, beaches and some beautiful villages. Thank you Sarah we will be back if we are in the area.
A nice little site.
A pleasant grass site, mostly flat with centrally placed, covered waste facilities that are conveniently illuminated after dark. The site is private from the road and surrounding properties, being set back from the Fakenham Road and being surrounded on all sides by tall trees/hedging. The owner, Sarah, was very friendly and helpful. The site is ideally located for the North Norfolk coast. Our only let down was that the property immediately next door felt the need to have a daily commercial bonfire. The neighbours were not visible due to the high hedges, but the flames and the smoke were. The worst part was that our car, van and anything else left out was then covered in ash. Not exactly Pompeii but not wanted either. We appreciate that Sarah has no control over what her neighbours are doing, and this is not a slur on her or the site, but it was annoying.
The Ideal CL
Recently returned from a 7-night stay at Three Acres. Booked on the basis of positive reviews and so glad we did- it's everything we want in a CL. Large, well-drained pitching areas in a big mown field, enhanced by three mature trees. Water and waste facilities are in a nicely kept centrally placed shed. Direct access from rear of the site to a variety of footpaths so plenty of options for walking our dogs. A peaceful site, handily placed for Fakenham, Burnham Market and the North Norfolk resorts. Sarah, the owner is the perfect host, greeting us on arrival, checking that we were happy with everything and giving us lots of information about local attractions. Our only regret was that we couldn't stay longer, but we intend to return soon!

A Great Base!
So happy to find Three Acres after our previous CL in the area closed down. The location is perfect for us to explore and enjoy the North Norfolk area, easy to access and away from the hustle and bustle of touristy areas. The site is well spaced, level and very well maintained and gives direct access behind to open countryside, fields and walks. The owner Sarah is most helpful and welcoming and we look forward to our next stay.

Good for us
As two active dogs we really enjoyed staying here.
Instant access from the back of the site onto lanes and plenty of room around the caravan for sitting out.
Our owners took us to some great places nearby and we were able to walk as a pack in safety.
Sarah (the site owner) was lovely and was keen to make sure that we all had a good holiday, giving us good tips about where to go when we went out in the car (we love riding in the car by the way).
Our mum and dad said that the site was far enough back from the road to not really pick up on any traffic noise too.
All in all, a good place to go for a relaxing 6 night break.
Arri and Anna, two very happy dogs.
What a great site
Just returned from a great 6 nights stay at this CL. A lovely site and Sarah was the perfect host. Spacious pitches, kept nicely mowed short and plenty of space. Perfect location to get out and about sightseeing and perfect for dog walking straight out of the site.
Thanks for a great stay Sarah and we intend to return👍😀
What a gem
Sarah is the perfect host at what was for us at her site that ticked all of our must have boxes!
For dog owners or ramblers the walking immediately from site would be hard to better anywhere, with a brilliant nice wide and clean bridleway running right alongside one of the boundaries and for those who only want to take their four legged friend for a short, clean walk, the grass path around the paddocks are excellent.
The site affords easy access to the North Norfolk coast as well as to the nearby town of Fakenham.
We will definitely be returning to this site again for oh so many reasons.
