Warm welcome
Such a friendly and welcoming site. We had many conversations with Jane and Robert who were happy to recommend attractions in the area including the nearby Ingleborough caves.
We also enjoyed the extra facilities, including a chimnea, meaning we had a lovely outdoor dinner, despite the fact the weather was not the usual August warmth!
The campsite is ideally situated to climb Pen y Ghent, which we did during our stay.
The nearest shops are in Settle, along with a petrol station.
Highly recommended and thank you for having us.
