This is a lovely site. Well laid out, well maintained, with a small cafe that offers the most impressive and inexpensive breakfast. Add lovely views of the park and proximity  to Oundle and Rutland Water offering plenty of off site activity, a village pub serving really good food and drink within walking distance, and a village shop for last minute essentials . Whilst we stayed we noticed the road noise from a B road but this may have been extra traffic due to local diversions. We will be returning if we can get in as it is a very popular site( we couldn't extend our stay) so please don't arrange a visit!
