Got a friendly welcome from the owner. It's very close to park and ride which is handy for Durham. £10 a night, which is well worth it. Next to a main road, so there is noise during the day. It didn't disturb us at night though. Next door is a removal firm which is owned by the same people and the top of the CL is used as a car park for the staff, which makes it feel cramped. There is also a public footpath running through the site, so a couple of times, random people came walking through. The lady told me she will be putting up prices next year. If you want a peaceful, private stay, this isn't the one. I won't use this one again.
