Quiet and secluded
Arrived, having pre-booked, to find 5 vans already on site. Site very secluded and quiet, surrounded by trees, but not next to the canal, as we had expected. We had to go through trees, across a ditch and scramble up the bank to arrive on the side of the canal....and the towpath was on the other side! Good dog walking straight from site though.
Frampton is a pretty village with a general store and easy access to the canal. Would recommend the Stable tea rooms at the canal basin for breakfast, lunch etc.
