We spent a week here at Swiftsden between lockdowns in summer 2020 We always look for NONE EHU CL's they are usually less populated and reasonably priced in lovely locations. Although this site is on the A21 you would not know it as there is very little noise you might hear the odd motorbike and that's it There are 2 handy petrol stations with good shops 200 yards down the road selling all you need. We are cyclists and this site is a couple of miles down the road from Flimwell where there are some fantastic cycle routes through the forest. You can cycle up to Flimwell as there is a cycle path all the way up well away from traffic. There is a little used public foot path that runs down the south side of the site that takes you down to some great woodland where you can locate another path that brings you up north side of site making a nice circular route through the woods . The owners are very helpful and keep everything neat and tidy Certainly a CL we will be returning to we loved it
