We have just arrived back from spending five nights at Suakin. Barbara was still at work when we arrived but within an hour she came to welcome us. Later in the afternoon Barbara came over with some leaflets of the area and a leaflet showing the history of Suakin and its owners and had a cuppa with us. The site is a really lovely with only a tap (going back to what CL's used to be and yes I'm old enough to remember them). We were the only ones on site so was very quite. Its was easy to find and just a short drive or walk to Stratford Race Course and the town centre. Barbara is a very friendly lady and in fact she telephoned me to say sorry for missing us when we left and to see if we arrived home safely. We have definitely found our favorite CL.
