Having read the previous reviews we were a bit unsure what to expect. What we found was a great little site that met all our requirements and had amazing views. The owner was pleasant, helpful and unintrusive. There is a caravan storage area - but this is away from the CL pitches. There are a number of permanent sited vans/units but again these were in a separate area and everyone we met from them was friendly and helpful. There was a level of noise at night from the local industries but it was a distant one, and much less than some sites which are near busy roads - It did not impact on us at all. The pitches are big and allow you to site your van anyway round to get the best views over Southampton water. There was an additional charge for electricity but at £3 for 8 nights it was far from excessive. There are so many places to visit and do in the vicinity we can highly recommend this as a great location.
