We spent a week at Southview in September, thoroughly enjoyed the views and the peace and quiet. The pitches are actually level, easy to hook up water to the tap at each pitch. I mention this only because too many sites we visit that is not true. We had a strong 5G signal so I was able to watch the Rugby World Cup easily. The area around this site is just beautiful, Foxton Locks nearby acted as our walking base with a couple of great pubs. We walked there in 90 minutes. Gary was super friendly and marked ours and my brother-in-laws pitches so we were next to each other, in advance of us arriving. He recommended a couple of local dog-friendly pubs. The Red Lion nearby gets my vote for Pie-Tuesdays. The ease of emptying the loo It's always a good sign of how good a site is - here it is perfect. This is our new base for this area, which we intend to spend a lot more time exploring thanks to Southview.
