Thank you very much for taking the time to share your experiences whilst visiting South Port 'o Spittal Caravan CL site. As the site is on a working farm, it is possible that from time to time, there is no one to greet you on arrival. Where to pitch is usually discussed at time of booking, so I am sorry that you were inconvenienced with having to move position. As the position you initially chose to pitch has no electric hookup, we have never encountered this "hiccup" before. We have taken on board your various suggestions as to how we can improve the site ...and pitch markers are now in situ, the toilet roll holders are being assessed in the ladies’ toilets and the washing machine and tumble dryer manuals are in place in the information/laundry room. Your visit to us here at South Port 'o Spittal was over the May Bank holiday and coincided with a family wedding and a couple of the caravans were non-paying family members visiting for this. Caravan visitors on the site were advised of this at the time. At no time were there 9 caravans on the site. It is unfortunate that you did not discuss your concerns with us before your departure. Regardless, we do hope that you will visit us here again at South Port 'o Spittal.
