we stayed here for 3 days in august 2014 before travelling on to Cornwall. when we pulled on site we could not believe the stunning views! best views we have ever had so far on any site. great base to visit Dartmouth, Dartmoor and Slapton sands and rock, we also had some lovely weather too. only criticism would be that I thought the toilets and showers could have been better, I have stayed on a lot of CL sites so do not expect luxury but felt they could have been cleaner and more welcoming, as we have experienced on other sites, but that is the only small fault I could find. lovely pub in village by the church! loved our stay here.
