We came to this CL after we left another local CL early. The owner was very helpful and managed to accomadate us at the last minute. In fact the owners couldnt do enough for us. Now about the site, individual hard standing pitches all level and plenty of room for an awning and your car. Lovely stream running running through the back of site (no need to panic families as there is a wall between you and the stream), views are great and footpath direct to Thirlmere lake. Access to local areas is excellent. Only downside is the track is tight to get to the site but we have a large van and managed with no issues at all. The Big Question, "Will we return?" you try and stop us, next time we are in the lakes we are back!!!!! Thankyou!
