Well worth the effort
Yes, the approach road is pot holed but, oh so worth the effort. The site is large, beautiful, partially landscaped and very well cared for. The staff were very welcoming and provided a pack with a wealthy of local information.
It was very quiet at night with views over open fields and your neighbours will be 15 or more horses plus a lot of rabbits!
It is within easy reach of Southend and the local small town of Rochford is very pretty with pubs, restaurants etc. We'll certainly return, a great CL.
