Beware, read their terms and conditions
We booked this site and paid a deposit by paypal. A month before we were due to arrive at this site, we received an email saying the balance was due. In the end, for various reasons, we decided not to go so we didn't pay the balance. We asked about a refund of the deposit but that was refused.
You can't speak to anyone on the 'phone, they only deal with you by email. I'm not impressed at all by their attitude. Not even the Club Sites ask for money up front like this and at least you can speak to someone on the 'phone.
