My first visit (15/18 Jan).  I found it passing strange to have no human contact - particularly when the site is owned/run by a CC member. There was no human contact either during the booking process, or during my stay!! Having said that the site is beautiful and extremely well maintained.  The views over the valley are super.  The pitches are flat and well cared for and the services well maintained.    Access is easy - but down an unmade road.  I have given only 3 stars because of the lack of human contact. You really do need a map if you are to fully enjoy the varied walking.  Walks into Sheringham and Cromer are a pleasure with well maintained footpaths all the way. I will certainly visit again.
