I stayed here for 28 nights back in February 2024 But I forgot to put up a review. The welcome from Mike the site owner and his 2 lovely dogs was 2nd to none. Out if the 28 nights I only had another van staying for a few nights. I loved the peace and quiet all by myself. I am a single female staying there alone and I felt really safe and happy. 🫠👍 Whilst I was there we had the very cold snap as in weather said "feels like -10° during the night I was really insulated and survived quite well, but the elsan froze not a problem as Mike got the sewer open so I could use that. The water taps froze again not a problem as I was aloud to use the water by the house in direct sunlight so that didn't freeze. I had an amazing stay I love being all alone I had lots of wildlife wondering around. Lots of local walks in the area. The long secluded driveway coming up to the site is VERY bumpy make sure your possessions are securely stowed away 😀 TAKE THE DRIVEWAY VERY SLOW! it is well worth the drive.
