This was our first CL, having only been on Club Sites before. It's strange there are no ratings for this site, as it's a good site. The site is secluded beyond the main farm buildings, near the fishing lakes. Water & chemical waste on site with one toilet a little walk away (don't leave it too late). Good farm shop with fresh produce, a butchery, ready meals etc. There is a Café which also serves breakfast. PYO available on the farm. Plenty of walking nearby & the farm has it's own Farm Trail. Plenty of cycle friendly routes. Good pub adjacent to the farm that does a variety of dishes, most two for £10, including the Carvery. There is a lot of traffic noise as you are next to the A27. Check in was a bit strange with the assistant in the shop just directing us to the site without checking our booking and saying to pay when we left. When we did pay, we were not "in the book". It would have been nice for someone to say hello & check everything was OK. A pleasant stay & we will use this site again.
