Amazing little site review amendment

Well a cracking little site. In my previous review I mentioned they had applied for planning to extend. This has now been turned down, so we can all breathe a sigh of relief and carry on staying there!

An amazing little site!

Just had seven days at this lovely site. Large flat field. Owners are lovely. Some road noise so pitch away from the gate. Very convenient for Appledore and Bideford. We cam to visit family. The listings say suitable for adults. It’s not until you get there that a sign says adults only. If you want to stay, visit soon as it will soon cease to be a CL, subject to planning of course. Great site.

Really brilliant site

We recently spent a really enjoyable 12 nights here. Marie and Jason are just so welcoming and accommodating. Upon arrival we were given a bundle of leaflets and maps covering the area. The site is very spacious, well tended and offers lovely views across the Northam Burrows for sunsets. I don't believe I've seen a better presented 'waste' area - with beautiful flowers (and herbs - which Marie encourages you to pick!), together with numerous cleansing liquids and sanitisers. As others have said - a real gem of a place. It's walkable proximity (about 20 minutes) to both Westward Ho! and Appledore plus bus stops within a 10 minute walk makes Seabreeze an ideal site for touring. Couldn't recommend this highly enough.

Fabulous little site

Just enjoyed a great 2weeks on this fabulous site. The owners are lovely and helpful and keep the site beautiful and clean and tidy. Very easy to get to and nice walks from the site. Would definitely recommend a stay there.

Perfection Paradise and Pretty as a Picture

What a little gem of a place. From Start to finish Jason and Marie have the inside track on how to do a CL. Well laid out well maintained and the prettiest Elsan Ive ever seen. The location is a paradise with uninterupted views to the dunes. A walk through the Country Park brings you to a deserted beach with more views. Appledore is a lovely walk away and is picture perfect and beautifully kept. We thought that the site was worth every penny as it delivered on all fronts in spades. Our dogs loved it. We loved it and it is by a country mile, the best site we have stayed on. Thank you Jason and Marie our stay was Amazing! Xx

Lovely

Just Spent two weeks at Seabreeze and had a lovely holiday and loved Appledore and Instow beach. The site is enclosed by trees and bushes with roses and flowers intertwined which makes it feel private and pretty. The site has ample space for five units and you can spread out. The owners are lovely and are really taking a pride in the site and taking on board any feedback as they are new to running the CL but they both love it and Marie is so enthusiastic. CLs are generally for those of us that prefer small sites and use of your own facilities and this is perfect. It is very peaceful and there are vIews of Northam and the Burrows from the site. The no ground sheet rule in the awning meant our caravan was constantly full of grass due to having two spoiled dogs who jump everywhere, and this would normally deter me, but we enjoyed the site so much we hope to return in the future.

Superb !!!

This CL is probably the nicest one we've been on. Access is excellent. The site is very spacious and has a hedge boundary and plants around the perimeter and these, along with the chemical/grey waste disposal and bins, are immaculately maintained. EHU is available as is water. The site is very quiet and is well situated for a walk down to the sea, Appledore and a short drive to both Bideford and Westward Ho!. The owners are such genuinely nice and friendly. We loved the site and will definitely be looking to return for a longer stay next year. 100% recommend this wonderful CL.

Loved Appledore !

Clean well manicured good sized site Good position to walk into Appledore One small constructive criticism is that we thought the site was overpriced compared to other sites as it had adequate but limited facilities Only two drinking water pipes located next to other pitches and therefore not so convenient for easy refilling of water for a motor home not pitched near one of these taps. There was also no separate grey waste although this was combined with the chemical loo waste But this did not detract from it being a lovely well kept site with a lovely host and a good location!

Perfect location

We have just returned from our week at Seabreeze. The owners, Marie and Jason don't live on site but regularly attend to ensure the flowers are watered, bins emptied and the whole area immaculately maintained (mobile contact if required). 1.5 acres x 5 Van's = plenty space. There are views on 3 sides. Appledore a pleasant walk with good food and shops. Access to Northam Buroughs 200m. Altogether a very pleasant stay to be repeated. Peter
