Please don't take notice of the negative reviews. This place is an absolute bargain at £13 a night for 2. The approach looks dodgy due to the industrial units but once in the marina everything felt very comfortable, not in the least uncomfortable as other reviews would have you believe. Gordon the site manager is a delightful to deal with, nothing is too much trouble for him. The on site pub has great beers and food for only £6 full meal, and very good it was to. The marina is a nice place to spend time in and the town centre is only a few minutes walk away. All in all a good place to stay, we will be back
